the founders


Common Stock is owned, curated and operated by Brian Douglass and Anderson Clark.  Douglass, a graduate of Yale University, worked with the Hillstone Restaurant Group for 7 years, acting as General Manager of 6 properties across 3 states.  Clark, a graduate of Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration, worked with Hillstone as well for just over 5 years, before spending 2 years opening restaurants with Catch Hospitality Group in Mexico and West Hollywood, CA.
